I wonder, how can an animal answer a question and how can he responds? Barking? Wagging its tail? Licking its fur? Or simply drooling its saliva? Or panting perhaps? How can a dog understand a human conversation? How can his 'answer' be viable in court? Can his answer be used as an evidence anyway?
